Job summary

Chad Love Services is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Installer in Concord, NC. You will install residential HVAC systems and ensure all work meets safety and code requirements. You’ll document progress, manage timesheets, and coordinate with office staff to keep projects moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HVAC installation experience, a valid license, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. EPA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required (2–3 years).
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months with a clean record.
• Upbeat attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
• EPA Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and mini-split systems.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, safety requirements, and codes.
• Document work in the field service app and coordinate with office staff.
• Maintain clear communication with managers and complete installation checklists.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

As our HVAC Lead Installer, you start each day ready to deliver comfort and peace of mind to homeowners throughout our service area. You install residential HVAC equipment including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and mini-split systems while ensuring every installation meets company standards, safety requirements, and applicable codes. You utilize your knowledge of duct sizing principles and ductwork techniques to replace ductwork according to plans, complete required installation checklists, and maintain clear communication with office staff and managers throughout the day. Using our field service app and company technology, you document your work, submit timesheets, and keep projects moving efficiently.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position operating during regular business hours. Work is performed throughout a 45-mile radius from our main office in Concord, NC, providing a consistent schedule while serving residential customers across the surrounding communities.
