We have an immediate need for an HVAC Lead Installer! This position will perform residential, light commercial retrofit/changeout installations and oversee the work of helpers/assistants.

Position: Lead HVAC Installer

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience + SPIFFS

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:34am - 4:30pm

What you will be doing:

• Retrofit / Changeout of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Ducted and ductless systems
• Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork
• Installing hot water heaters
• Test and balance systems
• Consult with customers and answer their questions
• Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers
• Maintaining high-quality and timely job performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to complete an HVAC system startup
• Desire and commitment to learn and improve
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Possess or acquire all needed tools
