Responsibilities

Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems. Lead each installation with a helper, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of lead residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lead installs with an assigned helper
• Knowledge of local inspection codes
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
