R.S. Andrews is an established residential air conditioning and plumbing company in the Atlanta area. We have been in business for almost 50 years, proudly servicing Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties.

R.S. Andrews is currently seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join their growing team. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, filters, humidifiers, zoning, UV lights, sheet metal, rooftop units, ductless split systems, and boilers in residential and commercial markets
• Provide leadership to apprentice installers
• Deliver high-quality work for our client base

• 3+ years of prior HVAC installation experience
• Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
