Job description

We are a local, family-owned Residential Heating and Air Conditioning company in business for over 45 years. We are currently looking for experienced HVAC Installers who desire to grow with an excellent company. Our installers are responsible for installing residential equipment, including, but not limited to High-Velocity Systems, furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, geothermal, boilers, ductless units, and more.

We are looking for candidates with the following:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with installation of forced air heating, air conditioning, ductless mini split, heat pump systems, hot water boilers and High Velocity Systems (Spacepak & Unico)
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification in the HVAC industry is a bonus
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
• No criminal record
• Clean and neat appearance with good customer service skills and a great work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills are a must
• Superior organization skills
• Problem solving skills
• Able to make decisions quickly
• Willing to work overtime, as needed
