• 2+ years of experience in leading residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality and safety.
• Coach and train apprentices to develop their skills in the field.

What you need:

1. 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
2. Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
3. Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
4. Ability to coach and train an apprentice
5. Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
6. A comfort level working in attics and tight spaces
7. EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred
