We are seeking a Lead Installer to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of various machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Installation of Residential split systems
2. Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers
3. Maintain a safe and clean work environment
4. Perform routine preventative maintenance
5. Track all equipment and supplies
6. Perform other duties as assigned
7. Complete Invoices, customer notes and reports as required

Qualifications:

1. 5 + years of experience in the role
2. HVAC Certification
3. Valid drivers license
4. Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
5. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
6. Ability to handle physical workload
7. Ability to work well in teams
