ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our residential installation team and supervise high-quality installs.

The role offers $50,000–$65,000 per year with benefits after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a retirement plan with company match. NATE/EPA certifications are a plus and leadership skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience.
• Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed.
• Clean driving record.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• NATE and EPA certifications are a plus!

ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician to join our Lake Mary, FL team. Are you prepared to support our growing residential installation division by completing high-quality installations? This position earns a competitive $50,000-$65,000/year, plus benefits after 90 days of employment.
