Job summary

Heartland Home Services in Lexington, VA is hiring a Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer for residential and light commercial replacement. This full-time role requires a Journeyman HVAC license, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills.

You will lead installations from start to finish, inspect work to prevent callbacks, and mentor teammates. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
• Journeyman HVAC license is required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully install HVAC systems from rough to final.
• Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving to prevent callbacks.
• Inspect system after installation to ensure proper operation.
• Operate in a paperless environment using tablets/smartphones.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Provide excellent customer service and mentor others.

We are hiring a full-time Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.

Responsibilities

• Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final
• Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
• Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
• Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Customer service
• Assist and mentor others

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Journeyman License
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
• Experience: HVAC: 3 years (Required)
• License/Certification: Journeyman HVAC (Required)
