Fisher Plumbing, Heating & Air in Conneaut Lake, PA, is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer / Installation Team Leader. You will lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish, maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction across Meadville, Conneaut Lake, Erie and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes leading crews, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring installations meet codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

As our Lead Installer, you'll lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish while maintaining the quality and professionalism our customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading residential HVAC installation crews
• Installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and air handlers
• Installing and modifying ductwork
• System start-up, commissioning, and customer education
• Training and mentoring apprentice installers
• Maintaining clean, organized job sites
• Ensuring every installation meets company quality standards and local building codes
• Delivering a true five-star customer experience

Travel is primarily throughout Western Pennsylvania, including Meadville, Conneaut Lake, Edinboro, Erie, Mercer, and surrounding communities.
