Job summary

Esser is hiring an HVAC installer in California to support residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects. You will help prepare job sites, assist in installing systems, and ensure work follows blueprints and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC experience, strong tool skills, and ability to work physically demanding days. We offer medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and retirement plan options.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment.
• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components.
• Support the setup and layout of HVAC systems following blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed for installation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Comply with local HVAC codes and regulations during installations.
• Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.
• Assist in explaining the installation process and timelines to customers.

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the

• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing


• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.


• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting yearly rate for this opportunity ranges from$80k-$100K The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
