Esser in Palm Desert, CA is seeking an HVAC Installer with 2+ years of experience to help install and service residential systems. You will unload materials, install ductwork, piping and electrical components, and follow blueprints while maintaining a clean, safe job site.

• Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns courteously.
• Assist in explaining the installation process and timelines to customers.

• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting yearly rate for this opportunity ranges from$80k-$100K The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
