Position Summary

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for developing relationships with a targeted group of customers (installers, distributors, and designers) in the South part of Romania, in conjunction with Business Objectives. Engaging partner’s staff and ensuring that the key people are kept up to date with our Samsung HVAC products and services, and showing them our products’ key features. This includes regular review meetings, technical and promotional support, to achieve their sales target and to participate actively in their business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Increasing sales turnover of Samsung HVAC products via designated accounts in the south part of Romania;
  • Achieving the monthly, quarterly and annually sales target with assigned customers;
  • Generating future sales opportunities from relevant stakeholders, from investors to consultants, designers and end-users.
  • End-to-end project tracking, sales forecasting, payments of invoices, credit limits and conversion;
  • Develop relationships with consultants and designers and build a project pipeline;
  • Design and presents products and solutions presentations to partners, consultants and end customers;
  • Seek out and develop new business partners across all defined customer target groups: distributors, installers, consultants, contractors, and end customers in the south part of Romania.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in air-conditioning and refrigeration or degree in related engineering subject i.e. mechanical engineer or building services engineer.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry;
  • IT literate, familiar with MS Office packages specifically Excel, and CAD skills
  • Previous experience in account management;
  • Self-starter with demonstrated self-leadership skills and strategic thinking;
  • Proactive and well organized, capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines,
  • Must have excellent customer management and networking skills.
  • English fluency; This position requires travel to distributors/installers and partners in South of Romania.
  • Driver license;
