Ideal Mechanical/Pieper Power in Southeast Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Journeyman Technician to join our team. This union position offers a full benefits package, company vehicle, and stock purchase program.

You will diagnose, install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems in accordance with current codes and safety standards. The role requires strong technical skills, careful planning, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Journeyman Certificate.
• Minimum 4 years pervious HVAC Service experience.
• Willing to or currently is in Union

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair commercial HVAC systems and components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Ensure work meets local, state, and national codes.
• Coordinate tools, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines.
• Communicate progress and issues with team and customers.
