Job summary

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is expanding with a new Louisville, KY branch and is seeking experienced HVAC Service Techs.

Earn potential over $100K/year based on performance, with full-time year-round work and a sign-on bonus up to $3,000. Take-home vehicle, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) and low-cost medical options.

We offer training, tools, and a supportive leadership network; must have KY Journeyman License, EPA, 3–5 years residential HVAC experience, and a driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Must hold a KY HVAC Journeyman License.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with full training and tools.
• Work with a strong leadership network to deliver quality service.
