Job summary

Lincoln Tech in East Windsor is seeking S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to join our established HVAC program team. You will educate and mentor aspiring professionals, delivering theoretical and hands-on training in a well-equipped facility that supports graduatest success.

Responsibilities include teaching to accredited curriculum, monitoring progress, developing lesson plans, and preparing students for certification exams while collaborating with faculty to continuously improve the program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
• 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies following our accredited curriculum.
• Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility.
• Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with industry standards.
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness.
• Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers.
