Job summary

The instructor will ensure materials are ready, support student success, and participate in ongoing professional development while aligning with Ancora Education mission and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active certification or licensure as required.
• At least 5 years industry experience within the last 10 years.
• Prior to beginning to teach, instructors either need to have documented prior teaching experience or complete the new instructor training.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per institutional and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction using classroom and lab methods to engage students.
• Ensure learning objectives are met for each course.
• Maintain instructional materials and equipment and ensure readiness for student use.
• Participate in ongoing faculty assessment and professional development activities to ensure an active classroom experience and meet deadlines.
• Meet academic and administrative deadlines and collaborate in meetings and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accreditation guidelines and internal policies.
