Job summary

StrataTech Education Group | Tulsa Welding School | The Refrigeration School is seeking full-time, onsite HVAC instructors to lead hands-on training for days, evenings and weekends in Tulsa, OK.

Instructors will mentor students, support classroom safety, manage tools and equipment, and assist with curriculum delivery and updates. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in shop or lab environments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the last 10 years in the field taught.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Work in shop or lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on training using pre-developed lesson plans.
• Engage students and adapt to different learning styles.
• Track attendance and grades.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety; ensure tool management.
• Support onboarding of new instructors and curriculum updates.
• Assist with testing and tutoring as needed.
