Job summary

Success Education Colleges is seeking an HVAC instructor to plan, teach, and supervise student learning in classroom, skills lab, and clinical areas. The role reports to Campus Director and supports the full curriculum while maintaining student progress records and exams.

Responsibilities include lab instruction, safety compliance, and collaboration with program leadership. Candidates should have HVAC certification and a high school diploma, with at least 3 years in the field.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in the field.
• Valid HVAC certification or trade license.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Teaches and implements the total curriculum, as assigned by, and under the direction and supervision of your direct supervisor.
• Plans and assigns student activities in the classroom and/or clinical settings.
• Maintains records of student progress and performance, attendance and grades.
• Prepares, administers, and grades examinations during course of study.
• Oversees and facilitates laboratory sessions for students in the lab.
