RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
3. Successfully work with other team members
4. Successfully and efficiently execute your assigned projects to meet the expectations of the client and the company
5. Develop a strong knowledge of all aspects of residential HVAC systems
6. Educate the customer on the health and operation of their system post installations
7. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
8. Ensure job-site cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A positive, can-do attitude
2. Willingness to learn and be coached
3. Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate tight crawl spaces, and climb ladders in or around attics, garages, and rooftops
4. Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within given time constraints
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Exhibit professional conduct at all times
7. Great attention to detail
8. Must have a mechanical aptitude
9. Must be able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 lbs)
10. Must have the ability to work overtime as needed
11. Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid CA driver's license with an acceptable driving record
