• Install HVAC systems safely and efficiently, ensuring quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain high installation standards through inspections and customer feedback
• Complete installations within established timeframes, minimizing revisits
• Stay updated on latest installation techniques and industry best practices
• Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a perfect safety record
• Mentor and guide Install Apprentices, supporting their skill development
• Communicate professionally with customers, representing Astacio positively
• Accurately document installation details and modifications
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment
• Participate in performance reviews, pursue certifications, and set personal development goals
• Monitor and support the progress of Install Apprentices
• Maintain punctuality and attendance
• Perform additional duties as assigned
