Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of residential and/or light commercial service or installation experience
• Knowledge of installation and venting codes
• Experience with heating and cooling systems, blueprints, and diagrams
• Understanding of sheet metal practices, air balancing, and troubleshooting
• Efficient and accurate HVAC system installation skills
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs
• Adherence to service standards and work instructions
• Strong communication skills
• High integrity and a desire for continuous improvement
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Capability to perform strenuous labor, including lifting objects over 75 lbs.
• Work in extreme heat and cold conditions
• Climb ladders multiple times daily
