Kuhn's Heating & Air is hiring HVAC Installers to join our team in St. George, UT. We welcome both new and experienced installers who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to build a career in HVAC.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork are highly valued, with EPA certification a plus but not required. Pay is hourly ($20-$35) with estimated yearly earnings ranging from $42,000 to $80,000 depending on experience, skill level, and performance.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience is helpful but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift equipment, use tools, and work in a variety of environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• EPA certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, coils, mini splits, and related equipment.
• Follow company standards and local code requirements.
• Work safely, efficiently, and professionally on job sites.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate well with team members and customers.
• Continue developing installation knowledge and skills on the job.
