Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates.
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the job.

Responsibilities

• Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems
• Working knowledge of city codes
• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work performed and educate on use of new system(s)
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
• Responsible for training installation technicians on the job
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends
