Position Overview

This is a 120-day training position. After completion, there may be an opportunity to apply for a full HVAC Installer Apprentice/Helper role. Employment is not guaranteed post-training, and the duration may be adjusted at the company's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in training, assisting mentors, and learning technical skills.
• Perform tasks such as running parts, maintenance, janitorial, and clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with routine maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems and related components.
• Provide information to consumers about HVAC options and operation.
• Identify and report issues affecting equipment functionality.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete documentation and process payments as directed.
