AL-DON is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer in St. Louis, MO for a full-time role. The position offers $30.00-$35.00 per hour and a take-home vehicle, with bonus pay for after-hours work.

You will install residential and light commercial systems, complete ductwork and piping, test and balance, and ensure code compliance while delivering excellent customer service. 2+ years of experience and a valid driver's license required. AL-DON has been serving the St.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Experience with ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration systems.
• Understanding of low-voltage controls and system startup procedures.
• HVAC trade school training preferred.
• NATE certification (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Ability to obtain a St. Louis County HVAC Journeyman License within 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Complete ductwork, refrigeration piping, and gas piping installations.
• Test and balance systems to ensure proper performance.
