Job summary

Style Crest is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for our Grand Rapids, MI team. You will install and service HVAC systems, ensuring work meets manufacturer specifications and company policies with safety and quality at the forefront.

The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Expect a full‑time on‑site position with on-call and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation and/or service experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely install HVAC equipment and components per manufacturer specs.
• Wire high- and low-voltage systems.
• Install refrigerant lines and ductwork in homes or light commercial sites.
• Pre-measure jobs to determine required materials and tools.
• Maintain documentation and communicate status with dispatch.
