Residential/Commercial HVAC Installer


We are an employee "FIRST" residential/commercial HVAC and plumbing company based in State College, PA since 2008. We are searching for a Residential/Commercial HVAC Installer with 3+ plus year of experience who is detail oriented, customer service focused and has advanced mechanical aptitude. The hourly rate is $20 with increases based on experience, plus great benefits, and company culture.

Candidates should be familiar with installing residential/commercial HVAC systems. The applicant must have a proven track record of performance and be aware of HVAC-related codes and safety guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years' experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HVAC Systems and equipment.
  • Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC systems.
  • Universal EPA and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
  • Work indoors and outdoors year-round (weather conditions can be extremely hot or cold).
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Be able to report to job sites.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds and objects over 50 pounds with the assistance of a team lift or forklift/lift gate.
  • Standing, sitting, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 100% of the time
