Position Overview

We are seeking experienced HVAC Installers with expertise in retrofit installations and system changeouts. Responsibilities include replacing old equipment, upgrading systems, and customizing solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installer specializing in retrofits and changeouts, you will remove and replace outdated heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial properties, focusing on customized solutions to improve efficiency and comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience, especially in retrofit & changeout projects
• Strong knowledge of system replacement, ductwork installation, and sheet metal fabrication
• Valid Driver's License with insurable record
• EPA Certification
• Ability to measure, install, and modify ductwork and components
• Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and other trades
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
