Qualifications

• Basic understanding of ductwork.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with duct installation and HVAC tasks.
• Set furnaces and run gas piping.
• Collaborate with experienced installers to develop skills.
• Contribute to a safe, high-quality installation.
