Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience.
• Valid and insurable driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC certifications/training preferred.
• Must be able to lift 80 pounds and work in tight spaces.
• On-the-job training and continuing education may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Read prints and drawings when available.
• Install ductwork, thermostats, and related components per specs.
• Maintain clear communication with management and team.
• Complete paperwork and keep records up to date.
