TRS Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Excellence is seeking an experienced Installer to lead HVACR installation projects for residential and light commercial customers throughout Western New York. You will apply hands-on technical skills, deliver installations to the highest standard, and mentor team members as needed.

This role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and a commitment to craftsmanship and customer excellence within a family-owned company setting.

Formación

• 3-5 years HVACR installation experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of HVACR installation experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters.
• Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
