Job summary

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is seeking aLead HVAC Installer to join our growing residential team. Earn a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a starting rate of $35 per hour, with room for advancement in a locally oriented Tri-State operation.

As a LEAD installer, you will install HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs, wire line and low voltage, braze copper refrigerant lines, install ductwork, connect gas lines, and support fellow crew members to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience installing HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Ability to wire line and low voltage to heating and cooling systems.
• Proficient in brazing copper refrigerant lines and installing ductwork.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
• Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management
