Boston Standard / New England Ductless is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer – Journeyman in Weymouth, MA to install and service residential systems. You will handle furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork, with supervision as needed and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Proficiency with brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central AC systems, air handlers, and condensers.
• Complete system change-outs, replacements, and new installations with minimal supervision.
• Install and route line sets, condensate lines, drains, venting, and low-voltage wiring.
• Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve installation issues or deficiencies before completing the job.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work and system operation.
