Lanz Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time Lead HVAC Installer to lead our Champaign, IL team. Can you provide support and guidance to a group of up and coming HVAC installers? This vital position starts each day at 7 am, or at the time determined by your supervisor, and earns an industry-competitive wage of $55,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

• HVAC and ductwork installation experience of 6+ years
• Universal EPA Certification
• Can accurately use basic hand tools
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication
• High and low voltage wiring/troubleshooting
