Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an HVAC Installer in Buellton, CA. The role involves installing HVAC units per spec, following safety guidelines, and working with a Foreman to schedule daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling with Foreman.
• Lead crew deployment and coordinate with team under supervision.
• Maintain extensive customer/contractor relations and update job statuses.
• Ensure time entries for crew and monitor job files for completeness.
• Diagnose HVAC equipment and identify repair needs when necessary.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHVAC InstallerResponsible for installations of new HVAC units and materials according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the area of specialty.

Requirements:

• Continued Education is expected.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• Reports to immediate supervisor, Foreman.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• The candidate should be able to think outside the box.
• Shall lead by example and arrive on time ready to work.

Other duties include:

• Daily scheduling with Foreman.
• Works well with our Team but also a "Self Starter"- can work with very limited supervision.
• Extensive Customer/Contractor Relations.
• Following through /updating job schedules.
• Orchestrating your crew deployment on a daily basis, in a timely manner.
• Communicate with foreman/office as to job status.
• Assuring weekly crew member’s time entered daily - evaluating yellow job files for completeness daily.
• Familiarity and ability to diagnose HVAC equipment and recognize equipment needs and/or repairs if, necessary
