Service Experts seeks an HVAC Installer for residential and light commercial work in Gaithersburg, MD. You will install heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, perform system start-ups, and balance airflow while ensuring top customer satisfaction.

You will train fellow installers and assist the Field Supervisor with planning, audits, and on-site supervision. A strong focus on safety and accuracy is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years HVAC experience and training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and installer manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes.
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow on systems.
• Train other installers on procedures as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper vehicle stock.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete documentation neatly and on time.
