Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid EPA Section 608 certification.
• 5+ years HVAC installation experience (residential/light commercial).
• Deep know-how on equipment, electrical, refrigeration, ducts, and codes.
• Blueprint-reading proficiency and clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, coils, ducts, thermostats, humidifiers, purifiers).
• Read blueprints and schematics to ensure code-compliant, energy-efficient installs.
• Fabricate ductwork and connect refrigerant lines and wiring; perform testing and startup.
• Identify upgrades to improve efficiency and save costs.
• Maintain clean, safe sites and communicate clearly with customers.
