Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience preferred; entry-level with strong aptitude may be considered.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain it after starting.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving history.
• Strong installation and technical skills for experienced-level placement.
• Dependable, professional, and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Start up, test, and commission newly installed systems.
• Follow project scope, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.
• Identify and resolve installation issues to help prevent callbacks.
• Maintain quality workmanship and accurate job documentation.
