Are you a HVAC Installer Helper residing in the Mt Pleasant area, looking to join a reputable and growing company? Wood Air Conditioning is seeking motivated HVAC Installer Helpers to assist in the installation of HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients. We have multiple residential & light commercial projects starting in and around Titus County.

Benefits for the HVAC Installer Helper position include:

• Starting Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 an hour DOE.

Responsibilities for the HVAC Installer Helper position include:

• Assist HVAC technicians with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Carry materials and tools to and from the work area.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of ductwork, piping, equipment and other components.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements for the HVAC Installer Helper position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in HVAC installation or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take directions from senior technicians.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• You must have integrity in workmanship, a desire to be the best, team player, take pride in your work, and willingness for growth in the HVAC industry.
