Qualifications

• 1+ year HVAC installation experience or completion of HVAC training program.
• EPA certification required or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Willingness to learn ductwork, brazing, and control wiring under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Execute installs on residential and commercial projects as part of a crew.
• Learn and perform ductwork, brazing, line set installation, and wiring under supervision.
• Identify and solve problems on the job with teammates and leads.
• Deliver quality workmanship with clean ductwork and proper wiring.
• Represent Edelman professionally and ensure a positive customer experience on site.
