Qualifications

• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience or completion of an HVAC training program.
• EPA certification required (or ready to obtain within 3 months).
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and willingness to learn ductwork, brazing and control wiring.
• Solutions-driven team player who takes coaching well and shows up ready to learn.
• Dependable, proactive, safe and organized, with pride in tools and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute installs as part of a crew on residential and commercial projects following direction and standards.
• Learn ductwork, brazing, line set installation and control wiring hands-on with guidance.
• Identify issues early and collaborate with the team to find efficient solutions.
• Deliver quality workmanship with clean ductwork and precise wiring on every job.
• Represent Edelman on-site, delivering a professional, respectful customer experience.
