Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year of HVAC installation experience, or completion of an HVAC training program.
• EPA certification is required (or ready to obtain within 3 months).
• A working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and willingness to learn ductwork, brazing and control wiring.
• You're a solutions-driven team player who takes coaching well and shows up ready to learn.
• You're a proactive, safe, and organized worker who maintains your vehicle and tools with pride.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Install: work with a crew on residential and commercial installations following Lead Installer's direction.
• Build Your Skills: learn ductwork, brazing, line set installation, and control wiring hands-on.
• Solve Problems On the Fly: flag issues early and work with your team to find efficient solutions.
• Deliver Quality Work: ensure clean ductwork and precise wiring meeting Edelman's standards.
• Represent Edelman: provide a professional, respectful customer experience on-site.
