Job summary

Bold City Heating and Air in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an HVAC Installer for a full-time role with salary plus commission. You will install and replace HVAC equipment, design duct systems, travel to job sites, and work with dispatch to keep schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service in home services, a clean driving record, and preferably NATE and EPA Universal certifications. We offer paid holidays, PTO, health and dental insurance, a retirement package, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in any home service field.
• Clean background and driving record (required).
• NATE Certification (preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump).
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Travel to job sites in the service area and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays to the customer.
• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency.
• Discuss home comfort concerns with homeowners to identify potential accessory sales or system replacement opportunities.
• Handle pricing information and generate customer invoices and payments at the job site and electronically.
• Participate in company-provided training on customer service and latest industry technologies.
