Roger's Plumbing and Heating in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring two full-time HVAC Technician - Installer to service homes, install equipment, and restore comfort. Work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with an on-call schedule and overtime available.

This role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, safety, and pride in high-quality workmanship while growing with a family-owned company that has a long track record of service since 1983.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, rooftops, and confined spaces
• Ability to safely and accurately use power tools and diagnostic tools
• Ability to stay up-to-date with new HVAC technology, regulations, and industry changes
• Ability to complete accurate documentation, maintain your tools, and keep your service vehicle in good condition
• Diagnostic skills and a customer service mindset

Responsibilities

• Repair existing systems, install new equipment, and get everything in peak operating order
• Read blueprints/diagrams and follow building codes and manufacturer specifications
• Document services performed and parts used; provide cost estimates and discuss options with customers
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and construction teams as needed
