MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an Installer – TRK/INF. to grow with a team known for dedication and empowerment. You will install or replace HVAC systems, fabricate piping, and ensure systems operate per design. A strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and quality workmanship guides daily tasks.

Ideal candidates have HVAC training or related education, own hand tools, and a flexible schedule including some weekends. Join a company with 1996 roots and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in residential or light commercial split-level install.
• Able to recover, evacuate and recharge systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Background check & drug test required.
• Flexible schedule—days, nights and some weekends.
• HVAC technical training or related education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install or replace split system or packaged HVAC systems up to 20 tons.
• Fabricate and install all piping associated with an installation, including soldering and brazing.
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in light commercial buildings.
• Install, measure and modify ductwork and test system performance.
• Demonstrate startup, verify performance and document results.
• Log, document and maintain records of install, startup and warranty.
