Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced HVAC installer to handle residential and commercial installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions.
• Ensure all work complies with industry codes and safety regulations.
• Test systems for proper operation and troubleshoot installation issues as needed.
• Communicate with customers professionally and answer any questions they may have.
• Work efficiently to complete jobs on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and properly dispose of old equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and report progress to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and navigate crawl spaces and attics.
