Job summary

A Perfect Climate Inc. (APC) in the Chicagoland area is seeking an HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer (required).
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• EPA Certification (preferred).
• NATE Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Work independently or lead a crew to complete installation projects with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior installers to promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of installation tasks, including timecards, feedback forms, and option sheets.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure all installations are completed to code.
