Job summary

Gold Star Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to handle residential and light commercial installs, including split systems, heat pumps, ductwork, minisplits, and rooftop units. You’ll join a crew that values efficiency, clean installs, and getting it right the first time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/basements/roofs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install central air systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Install and modify ductwork (sheet metal & flex).
• Set condensers, air handlers, furnaces, RTUs.
• Run line sets, drains, flues, and low voltage wiring.
• Perform system startups and basic testing.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Communicate clearly with team and office.
• Represent the company professionally with customers.
