Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning in Ohio is seeking an HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our Service department. You will work with Lead Installers on commercial projects across Central, Northeast, and Southeast Ohio as part of MOAC's four-year apprenticeship program.

During the program you will gain hands-on training, formal instruction, and support to obtain EPA/OSHA certifications, while earning benefits such as a company vehicle, uniforms, and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enrollment in or completion of HVAC program or apprenticeship preferred.
• 0-2 years HVAC-related work or trade school experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Support refrigerant and piping installation under supervision.
• Help install ductwork, roof curbs, and air distribution components.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and coordinate with trades.
• Assist with equipment start-up and commissioning under supervision.
